Delete Your MathMan Account

This page lets MathMan users request deletion of their account and associated app data. You do not need to have the Android app installed to submit a deletion request.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to the MathMan privacy contact from the email address used for your MathMan account. Include the words "Delete my MathMan account" in the subject line.

What Will Be Deleted

After we verify the request, MathMan will delete account data associated with the account, including:

• Account owner profile information.
• Group profile information.
• Learner profiles associated with the account.
• Practice history, scores, skill levels, streaks, progress history, and session records.
• Login links, login codes, and active MathMan app sessions associated with the account.

What May Be Retained

Some limited records may be retained only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes and are not used to keep the account active.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving the request. If we need more information to verify account ownership, we will reply to the email address used for the request.
